Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

International Shipping:
We currently do ship outside USA. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
